Complete house
We take immense pride in our ability to construct extraordinary homes that reflect the unique preferences and desires of our clients. The house we recently built exemplifies this philosophy, featuring a plethora of spatial details and a harmonious blend of natural materials, resulting in a rustic yet modern aesthetic.
To accomplish this seamless fusion of styles, we utilized a captivating mixture of adobe block and white painted stucco. This combination not only adds visual interest to the façade but also celebrates the traditional and contemporary elements. Moreover, all the blacksmith work, including the doors and railings, was given a rusty finish, imparting an authentic and timeless charm to the house.
In order to bring warmth and texture to the interiors, we incorporated various materials that perfectly complement one another. The floors boast a mesmerizing union of saltillo clay tiles and river stones, creating a visually striking foundation that anchors the space. Additionally, the kitchen and bathroom cabinets were custom-made by our skilled on-site carpenters, ensuring that every aspect of the house exudes exceptional craftsmanship.
For the TV room, we utilized a Catalan vault, a masterful architectural feature that not only imparts character but also creates a sense of spaciousness. Similarly, we incorporated another Catalan vault with a lintel in the entrance hall, elevating the first impression to one of grandeur and elegance.
Adding an element of intrigue, we crafted an accent wall in the breakfast nook featuring a captivating fountain. The sound of trickling water accompanied by the visual beauty of the wall creates a serene ambiance and provides a unique focal point within the space.
To seamlessly meld the indoors with the outdoors, covers were placed on the terraces supported by round wooden beams topped with tempered glass. This design choice allows natural light to flood the areas while simultaneously providing protection from the elements.
One of the standout features of this house is the open terrace, offering breathtaking views of the meticulously designed garden and inviting pool. The terrace boasts a false round wooden ceiling or soffit, adorned with manila rope finials at the ends, adding a touch of rustic elegance. Furthermore, the supporting structure of wooden beams with apparent metal connectors lends a striking industrial feel to the space.
In conclusion, the house we constructed showcases our commitment to satisfying our clients' desires for a unique, personalized home. Through the use of carefully selected materials, meticulous attention to detail, and a thoughtful mix of rustic and modern elements, we have created a truly exceptional living space that is sure to delight our clients for years to come.
