Transforming a Warehouse into an Amazing Office Area

We take pride in our ability to transform any space into a functional and visually stunning environment. Our project involved turning an office situated within a warehouse into a truly amazing office area. We were tasked with managing every aspect of the project, from initial design to the final touches.

We took on the responsibility of overseeing every detail. From the design concept to the selection of furnishings, we handled it all. We managed the installation of wall glass partitions and drywall partitions, ensuring privacy while maintaining an open and airy feel. Additionally, we handled the necessary electrical and plumbing work, HVAC, data and more, ensuring that the office space was fully functional and up to code.

As a focal point of the office, we created an impressive lobby area to set the tone for the entire space. To make a lasting impression, we designed an accent wall featuring the company's logo, creating a unique and branded element. This visually appealing feature served as a captivating backdrop for clients and employees alike. Also we add a metal slat accent wall with the company’s logo in the main wall of the work area, that adds modern look.

To maximize efficiency, we constructed a mezzanine to provide additional space without compromising the overall layout. This additional floor space allowed us to accommodate various needs, including workstations, private offices. We add a meeting room on the second floor as well as a main privet office. In the first floor behind the reception area we add a main room for data infrastructure. The office now boasts a well-organized and functional design that supports a productive work environment. Recognizing the importance of employee well-being, we made sure to integrate comfortable and modern restroom facilities for both men and women.
