Demolition and land backfilling

We recently completed an impressive project involving the demolition of a two-story single-family house. The demolition phase involved the careful removal and disposal of the old house, pool, pool deck, and driveway. We executed this process meticulously, ensuring the safe removal of all structures. Once the demolitions were complete, we embarked on the task of backfilling the land and leveling it according to the grade level specified by the engineer.

Dock and Seawall Renovation

Another crucial aspect of this project involved the renovation of the dock and seawall. We faced the challenge of raising the new dock and seawall two feet above the existing dock level. To accomplish this, we first dismantled and disposed of the old dock system and stripped the pilings.
With the old dock removed and the area prepared, we proceeded to construct a new seawall batter piling reinforcement system. This system was enhanced with corner returns at each end, providing additional strength and stability to the seawall structure. Finally, the new dock was completed using a PVC composite decking material, which not only adds durability but also enhances the aesthetics of the whole area.
